Chocolate Truffles

Learn how to make chocolate truffles easy and quick with this homemade, recipe containing cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk! A delicious, bite sized piece of deliciousness and great for the festive season. Enjoy!

Ingredients

250g plain biscuits (I packet)
395g sweetened condensed milk (1 small tin)
1/2 cup (45g) cocoa powder
1/4 cup (30g) crumbed walnuts
1/4 cup (20g) almond meal
1/2 cup (37.5g) desiccated coconut
1tsp nutmeg

Method

Put the biscuits into a plastic bag and it with a rolling pin until crushed into small, refined pieces. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the cocoa powder, walnuts, almond meal and nutmeg. Stir until combined. Make a well in the centre. Add the condensed milk. Mix together with a wooden spoon until every moistened. Chill for 10 - 15 minutes.
Roll into bite sized balls. Spread the coconut onto a plate and roll the balls in the coconut. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
