5 large washed potatoes
600ml thickened cream
1 x sachet of French onion soup (40g)
1 x sachet of chicken noodle soup (40g)
Turn on oven to moderate temperature (180C/350F).
Evenly slice the potatoes and then steam for 10-15 minutes or until they are al dente.
Meanwhile, in a jug or bowl combine the cream and soup sachets. Mix until combined.
Turn the potatoes onto a baking tray and then drizzle over the cream mixture.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown on top.
