Learn how to make this quick and easy smores dip recipe! Just a few ingredients, and only 5-7 minutes in the oven and in no time at all you'll be eating toasted, ooey gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate and a delicious, buttery biscuit! 1 cup (140g) chocolate chips
80g jumbo white marshmallows
1 packet Granita biscuits (or graham crackers)
Preheat your oven to 230 degrees Celsius (450F). Find a baking dish or skillet.
Chop your jumbo marshmallows in half. Melt your butter in the microwave.
Coat the bottom of your baking dish or skillet with the melted butter.
Place the chocolate chips on the bottom of the baking dish, forming a layer.
Then place your marshmallows on top, completely covering the chocolate layer. Place in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows have browned to your liking. Remove from oven and allow to rest for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately with the biscuits / crackers. Enjoy!
NOTE: this recipe makes 1 small - medium sized dip. If you’d like to make a bigger dip, double the recipe.
