Learn how to make crepes at home with this three ingredient crepes recipe!!
Crepes are my favourite thing to make and eat on the weekend! I grew up making these with my Dad ;) this is a simple recipe but absolutely delicious when paired with your favourite condiments e.g. sugar and lemon, peanut butter, nutella and banana, maple syrup! mmm mmm.
Ingredients
1 egg
300ml milk
1 cup all purpose flour
Method
Grab a large fry pan and bring to a medium heat on your stove. Coat the fry pan with butter. Allow the pan to heat up while you get the mixture ready. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk until mixture is smooth and there are no lumps. When the fry pan is nice and hot, pour in part of the mixture and start to gently swirl the pan in a circular motion so that the mixture covers the base of the pan and goes slightly up the sides. Flip when the edges of the crepe begin to peel away from the pan. Cook until golden brown. Finish with your favourite condiments. Some of my favourites include sugar with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, peanut butter, nutella & banana.
Makes 2 -3 crepes depending on how big you make your crepes :)
