This Halloween, make a creepy eyeball jelly! With just 3 ingredients you can make this super quickly and easily. Hope you enjoy at your next halloween party!
Ingredients
500g raspberry jelly
1 tin of whole pitted lychees
1 small tin of black pitted cherries
Method
You can either buy pre-made jelly, or make your own with the jelly crystals. Please ready jelly packet for instructions.
Drain fruits.
Half the cherries, and then place in the centre of the lychees to fill the hole to create the eyeballs.
Layer the eyeballs in the jelly and place on top for presentation.
